Jillian joined Frank Freed Subit & Thomas in September 2007 after practicing employment and civil rights law as a staff attorney at the Institute for Public Representation at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. Prior to her work at Georgetown, Jillian was a law clerk to Judge Louis H. Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Jillian received her B.A. in American Studies, summa cum laude, from Yale University in 1999. She received her law degree from Yale Law School in 2004, where she served on the Yale Law Journal and was Co-Student Director of the Complex Federal Litigation Clinic.

Prior to law school, Jillian earned a degree from King’s College, Cambridge, which she attended as a Marshall Scholar. While in England, she also worked part-time for the Disability Rights Commission in London.

Jillian is admitted to practice in Washington, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Washington Employment Lawyers’ Association (WELA) and serves on the planning committee for the Pacific Coast Labor and Employment Law Conference.

Jillian lives in Seattle with her husband, Jack Turner.
