Ellicott joined Frank Freed Subit & Thomas in January 2021. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable James L. Robart of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert Lasnik of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, interned in the Workers’ Rights Clinic, and graduated with honors. Ellicott is fluent in Spanish and enjoys representing Spanish-speaking clients, particularly agricultural workers.
Before law school, Ellicott worked as a policy analyst and legislative advocate for the immigrant rights organization, OneAmerica.

Civic Involvement
Ellicott is a member of the Washington Employment Lawyers Association and serves on its Legislative Committee. She regularly provides pro bono legal services to immigrants seeking citizenship status through the Washington New Americans Program.
Personal
When she is not practicing law, Ellicott can be found hiking, trail running, or skiing in the Cascades, or home in Seattle, cooking, gardening, and listening to NPR.
